Can anyone create a team using public signup?
No. The platform owner creates team workspaces and invites their owners. Team administrators then invite staff.
Your team's workspace
RaceControl is an invitation-only race team management system. The platform owner creates a team workspace, enables its modules and invites its owner. Team administrators then invite staff and assign access roles. Each new team starts with an empty workspace, separate from other teams.
Workspace creation is controlled by the platform owner rather than a public self-service signup. A team's owner joins by invitation and can then organise staff access within the team's available modules.
Available areas cover racing operations, engineering and administration. The platform owner's module choices cap what a team's staff roles can access; an individual role cannot enable a module the team has not been granted.
Team administrators assign role templates and appropriate record scopes. Staff do not automatically receive access to every module or every person's records. Medical information has additional access restrictions.
The public website explains the product. Existing team members sign in to the separate application at app.race-control.co.uk. Public championship calendar examples are illustrations, not records preloaded into a new team.
